Producing this item for over a decade and market leaders in this item, our specialty is dry dough for lasagna direct to the oven.

With Italian machines and perfected for this purpose, the product goes through a high-tech production process that allows the lasagna to be prepared directly in the refractory or mold, without the need for previous cooking, as it can be hydrated in the container through contact with the sauce of consumer preference.

The traditional recipe can be made with special flour and/or durum wheat semolina, with or without dehydrated eggs. The whole recipe consists of durum wheat semolina added with whole wheat bran. And also the organic recipe, made with ingredients from certified suppliers.

With production aimed at food industries or large retail chains that use their own brand, we developed the partnership in two formats: sale or industrialization (outsourcing), both with their brand on the packaging.
